Community members are talking about important issues affecting individuals and families living in Brighton. Participants in the community conversations are expressing their thoughts about a variety of concerns including involvement of youth, literacy, transportation, loss of business, educational and employment opportunities, health care costs, cost of living expenses, family life today, communication, isolation, and much more. Throughout the five weeks of conversations, these issues and others will be explored. If you would like to share your insights, please contact City Hall for more information.

Community Conversations in Brighton are off to a great start with over 35 people attending the first session. Community members are participating in three groups meeting together for five weeks on Monday mornings, Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Led by community facilitators, the groups are focusing on how Brighton can become a more thriving community for all. Anyone from the community is welcome to learn more about these conversations.
